Document Description
The project consists of a number of entitlements that will lead to the development of the Citrus Ranch planned development, consisting of up to 3,075 dwelling units (single-family and multi-family housing types), a golf course, trails, a community center, and other amenities on approximately 1,183 acres in an unincorporated area of the County of Riverside, adjacent to the City of Indio. The project also includes three off site water reservoirs. The project will require certification of the Draft EIR, adoption of the Citrus Ranch Specific Plan, a General Plan Amendment, Pre-Zoning, Change in the City's Sphere of Influence boundary, and Annexation to the City of Indio.
