Document Description
Site Development Permit to allow the replacement of approximately 14,543 lineal feet (LF) of the Lake Murray Trunk Sewer, construction of permanent sewer maintenance access paths including staircase installation and temporary construction easements. Scope of work also includes associated improvements such as laterals, manholes, and related improvements. The project includes migration for impacts associated with previous access routes created in December 2002 through January 2003 for the Lake Murray Emergency Sewer Maintenance Repair. Various portions of the project alignment are located in the Mission Trails Regional Park, Chaparral Canyon, and Lake Murray Park, all within the Navajo Community Planning area of the City and County of San Diego.
