Document Description
The project consists of the acquistion of two commercially zoned parcels of land comprising 19.7 acres. The acquistion will facilitate the implementation of the City of Malibu Civic Center Integrated Water Quality Management Program which will provide a significant water quality benefit to the Civic Center Area in the City of Malibu. Upon acquisition of the above referenced parcels, the City of Malibu will finalize the design for the use of the subject parcels, which will ultimately restore natural habitat, provide public open spaces for passive open space/park use, and treat and manage stormwater and treated wastewater. Upon finalization of the design, the City of Malibu will conduct a subsequent environmental review for the implementation of the City of Malibu Civic Center Integrated Water Quality Management Program.
