Present Land Use
The development of the site as proposed would be consistent with the General Plan land use designation of Medium Density Residential, and proposed zoning of R-1. Site development would represent a substantial increase in site-specific development intensities as compared to the existing vacant site condition. The proposed project's consistency with existing and planned land uses within the surrounding area will be discussed in the forthcoming EIR.
Document Description
Tentative Tract Map No. 33461 will subdivide 64.7 gross acres into 203 single family residential lots with a minimum lot size of 7,200 square feet. 4.3 acres of the property will be designated for a school site and 3.3 acres will be designated for park use. The school and park lots will be designed and constructed in conjunction with neighboring Tract Map No. 31768. Change of Zone No. 7185 proposes to change the existing zone from A-2-10 to R-1.
