Taggart Land Company is proposing to annex 83.27 acres; amend the general plan from Agricultural to Suburban Residential; prezone the property to R-1-6 (Single-Family Residential - 6,000 square feet minimum parcel area), R-1-8 (Single-Family Residential - 8,000 square feet minimum parcel area), and R-1-12 (Single-Family Residential - 12,000 square feet minimum parcel area) and subdivide the site into approximately 322 single family lots. Three single family houses will remain on the property and the other structures will be demolished. The applicant will also cancel an existing Williamson Act Contract.
