The project occurs on a 9-acre tract within the larger Skylawn Memorial Park cemetery facility, and includes grading of 29,120 cubic yards (including importing 6,788 cubic yards) to: 1) provide up to 6,625 future internments, 90 mausoleum crypts, and 13 lots for private interments, 2) construction of 26' wide paved private roadways, and 3) an overlook and arrival plaza, a pond and extensive landscaping.
