Document Description
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation proposes to construct, operate, and maintain improvements to the existing wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) at the California Correctional Center (CCC) as follows: new sludge drying beds, aeration ponds, sedimentation ponds, and effluent storage ponds, an addiitonal irrigation sprayfield, and improvements to the pant headworks and yard piping. These improvements would be constructed to provide wastewater treatment to CCC and High Desert State Prison.
