Document Description
The project proposes to drain approximately 6,100,00 gallons of dechlorinated drinking water from the Snell pipeline in advance of overhauling pipeline appurtenances (control valves, air relief valves, flanges, actuation hardware, and other components) and to conduct inspections of the pipeline. CDFW is executing a lake and streambed alteration agereement no. 1600-2015-0420-R3 pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, Frank Maitski/Santa Clara Valley Water District.
