Document Description
The project involves the amendment of the Agency's existing Redevelopment Plan for the I-215 Corridor Project Area to include additional territory. The additional territory to be included in the Plan Amendment is referred to as the "Amendment Area". It encompasses approximately 3,289 acres of the Sun City/Quail Valley Sub-Area, located in the west-central portion of Riverside County. These acres will be in addition to the area that comprises the Agency's existing I-215 Corridor Project Area. The overall goal of the project is to alleviate blighting conditions in the 3,289 acre Amendment Area, and to continue to alleviate blight in the existing I-215 Corridor Project Area.
