The Community Development Commission of Los Angeles County (LACDC) will be the Lead Agency for the preparation of an environmental impact report (EIR) for the proposed Whiteside Redevelopment Area plan approval. The proposed area is located within the City Terrace portion of the County of Los Angeles commonly referred to as "Whiteside" located along the Interstate 10 Fwy west of the Interstate 710 Fwy.
