Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) approved and adopted an Initial Study/Mitigated Negtive Declaration (IS/MND) on November 16, 2005 for the San Jacinto Valley Regional Water Reclamation Facility (SJVRWRF) Plant 2 Facilities. The purpose of that project was to expand the treatment capacity of the SJVRWRF to meet current and future treatment requirement by constructing new and modifying exisitng facilities to accommodate an average annual inflow of 14 million gallons per day (MGD).
