Document Description
The project proposes construction of an apartment-style, on-campus housing providing 500 beds in one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and four-bedroom units. A one- and two-story, three-building Commons complex would be situated central to four-story housing buildings clustered in the southwest portion of the site. These lighted intramural athletic fields are proposed in the northeastern portion of the site at the intersection of the unpaved extension of Linden Street and Valencia Hill Drive. A small parking lot at the southeast corner of Linden Street and Pentland Way would complete the site improvements. The project site consists of approximately 11 acres within the eastern part of the UCR campus and lies southwest of the intersection of Watkins Drive and Valencia Hill Drive.
