Document Description
CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0004-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Evergreen Communities, Inc. The project is limited to the realignment and enhancement of Florin Creek, construction of a stormwater outfall and water quality detention basin, the replacement of a box culvert, installation of a new box culvert, and grading of an agricultural drainage in order to develop 79 acres into 290 single family residential units along with a community park.
