Quarry excavation application to remove approximately 150,000 cubic yards of rock, sand, and gravel from 11.4 acres of a 197 +/- acre site using the open pit method of extraction over a four year period. The land will be reclaimed back to orchard. Three acres each of the first three years of operation; two acres the fourth year of operation. The site is contiguous to the processing plant.
