Document Description
The project proposes to rezone and redesignate via a General Plan Amendment approximately 9.53 acres of the site to R2 (Medium Density Residential), with the balance of the site, 36 acres, to be rezoned to PM (Planned Manufacturing). Seventy-three single family detached residences are proposed within the R2 portion of the site. Of the 73 proposed units, eleven would be designated as affordable. Within the PM portion of the site (along the eastern site boundary), and approximately 23,000 square foot industrial condominium building is proposed, with a minimum unit size of approximately 1,150 square feet.
