A Second Addendum was adopted on (Resolution #2018-068) for the Chula Vista Bayfront Master Plan (CVBMP) Final EIR adopted by the District on May 18, 2010; Clerk Document # 56562 to analyze the revised Port Master Plan Amendment (PMPA) with inclusion of Development Policies, Public Access Plan, change in land use on parcel S-1 from hotel to RV park, and the RV resort project. The Project is within the Final EIR scope. The Second Addendum is available at the District office, 3165 Pacific Hwy, San Diego, CA 92101
