Document Description
1. Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map 03TSM-69(3) to reconfigure seven lots which range in size from 2.0 +/- acres to 7.0 +/- acres and create four additional lots which range in size from 2.0 +/- acres to 3.4 +/- acres within the Apple Valley Ranches Subdivision. Units 2 and 3; and, to reconfigure four parcels which range in size from 8.9 +/- acres to 31.3 +/- acres and create 18 additional lots which range in size from 1.0 +/- acre to 17.5 +/- acres along with a 16.7 +/- acre remainder. Proposed Lots 82-100 will be known as Apple Valley Manor. The 94.2 +/- acre project site is zoned RE-2:MX (Residential Estate, two acre minimum: Mobilehome Exclusion Combining) and O (Open Space) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code.
2. Ordinance for Zone Change 03RZ-38 to rezone a 3.8 +/- acre portion of the project site from O (Open Space) to RE-2:MX (Residential Estate, two acre minimum: Mobilehome Exclusion Combining) and to rezone 4.5 +/- acres from RE-2:MX to O.
