Project will require the issuance of a Lake/Streambed Alteration Agreement from the Department of Fish and Game. This action will involve (1) construction of a double arched, two lane bridge over Sweany Creek and Willow Pond; (2) installation of a riprap groin across the bed and bank of Sweany Creek; (3) installation of a new storm water outfall on the bank of Sweany Creek; (4) construction of a new spillway and discharge pipe from Willow Pond; and (5) excavation of Willow Pond.
