Document Description
The project to be examined in the EIR consists of The Avenue Specific Plan (formerly known as The Subarea 18 Specific Plan) and General Plan Amendment in addition to Tentative Tract Maps and Development Agreements, which will be processed concurrently with the Specific Plan. This project consists of low and medium density residential units, parks, neighborhood commercial uses, and public schools. This development will generate up to 2,321 dwelling units, and up to 30 acres of commercial/retail development. The project proposes a middle school and an elementary school. The project also includes relocation of above ground electrical utilities owned by Southern California Edison Company.
