Document Description
The grading permit request is to document an apparent grading violation on the subject property, which is in the Multiple Species Conservation Program (MSCP) area. This work includes the culverts under the driveways, retaining walls placed in the creek for bank erosion prevention and stabilization purposes and the desiltation basins created in the subject drainage adjacent to the eastern driveway on the project property. The subject drainage is predominantly a southern coast live oak riparian forest and California Department of Fish and Game jurisdiction. All the work was completed in the late 1980s and early 1990s, no new work is being proposed.
