Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2012-0117-R5) to the project applicant, the County of Orange. The La Pata Avenue Extension Project will establish a connection between Ortega Highway to the north and Avenida Vista Hermosa to the south. The road will parallel Interstate 5 and will function as a primary arterial highway through southern Orange County. The project proposes to impact 6.09 acres of streambed/lake, including 4.69 acres of permanent impact and 1.40 acres of temporary impact and mitigate with 9.38 acres of creation, restoration and/or enhancement.
