Document Description
NOTE: Extened review per Lead Agency Regency Centers is proposing to build a retail and office mixed use project on ~33.7 acres on the site of the former Kenilworth Junior High School. The project includes ~364,000 sf of retail uses and 16,000 sf of office uses on the second floor of 2 of the retail buildings. The project includes 1,510 parking spaces, site amenities and on-site and off-site circulation improvements, including accommodating the proposed Caltrans Highway 101/East Washington interchange improvements. The anchor tenant will be positioned on the northeast side of the site closest to the interchange of East Washington Street and Highway 101, facing an improved Kenilworth Drive. Access to the site is provided by East Washington Street, a major arterial with ramps to Highway 101.
