Document Description
IRWD has prepared Addendum No. 4 to the FEIR for the MWRP Phase 2 and 3 Capacity Expansion Project. IRWD proposes to modify the Project to allow the discharge of tertiary-treated recycled water to San Diego Creek for critical operational flexibility (I.e. emergency situations) under certain defined conditions during winter months, when all other diversion alternatives have been implemented or are unavailable.
