Document Description
The District's LWRP currently has a treatment rate capacity of 16 million gallons per day and treats all effluent to a secondary level. The Antelope Valley Treatment Plant, located on the same site, provides tertiary treatment for up to 0.6 mgd of effluent. This project will expand LWRP capacity to 21 mgd and will treat all wastewater to the tertiary level while the AVTTP will be decommissioned.
