Document Description
The proposal is to amend the General Plan and Zoning Ordinance as they relate to the City's Density Bonus regulations. The amendments to the Zoning Ordinance and General Plan are proposed to maintain compliance with recent changes to State law. Subsequent residential projects that are subject to the City's Density Bonus regulations will undergo separate environmental review to determine if they pose any potential impacts to the environment.
