Document Description
The proposed project would involve the construction of a Wal-Mart Supercenter on 23.5 acres. The Wal-Mart Supercenter would total approximately 235,000 square feet in size, inclusive of all of the following uses: general merchandise, groceries and liquor sales; a pharmacy with drive through service; a vision care center; a food service center; a photo studio; a photo finishing center; a banking center; an arcade; a garden center; tire and lube facilities; and all other appurtenant structures and facilities necessary for the aforementioned sales and services. With the exception of the tire and lube facility, the Wal-Mart Supercenter will operate 24 hours per day. The Wal-Mart Supercenter would transfer operations from the existing 125,873-square foot Wal-Mart store located directly east of the project site to the proposed structure that will be built under this project.
