Document Description
CDFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #1600-2012-0091-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Mojave Water Agency, represented by Mr. Gary Martin, 22450 Headquarters Drive, Apple Valley, State of California, 92307, Phone (760) 946-7099. The Applicant is proposing to concentrate recharge facilities in the bottom portion of the Mojave River by the use of in-channel temporary spreading basins. Recharge facilities would consist of a series of temporary in-channel recharge basins created by construction of temporary 2-3 foot high sand berms within an area of ~292 acres.
