Document Description
The project amendment includes the installation of a 36-inch diameter pipe that extends along Mesa Street from the terminus of Caliente Road to La Panto Road. During the course of the project, an additional 1.1 acres was disturbed east of Mesa Street between Caliente Road and Highway 395.
The project will now result in permanent impacts to 16.13 acres of Mohave ground squirrel habitat; The project is expected to result in incidental take of Mohave ground squirrel, which is designated as a threatened species under the California Endangered Species Act.
