Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a Tentative Tract Map and a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to develop 18 single family detached condominiums. The CUP is for the development of residential housing in a commercial zone. The project is located on a 2.08 acre site. Each two story condominium will be approximately 2600 sf with four bedrooms and an attached two-car garage. No guest parking will be provided. One interior private park will be constructed on-site. Developer will install sewer main from existing public ROW to the project site (approximately 600 feet). Approximately 15,000 cy of grading will occur, which will be balanced on site.
