To replace the existing Rider Street low-flow crossing of the Perris Valley Storm Drain with a larger culverted crossing and widen the existing roadway from two lanes to four travel lanes on either side of the crossing. The proposed crossing would be 106 feet long by 76 feet wide, and contain four lanes.
