The Alter Group is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit with a parking variance in order to develop a maximum 592,000 sf industrial warehouse building with 18,000 sf office space on an approximately 26-acre site. The variance is requested to allow reduced parking for the warehouse and distribution facility square footage that is in excess of 40,000 sf. This request is consistent with the standard imposed on all the industrial buildings in the adjacent Kaiser Commerce Specific Plan Area.
