Document Description
The Fallbrook Community Airpark Land Use Compatibility Plan provides land use compatibility policies and criteria for the area surrounding Fallbrook Community Airpark, and consists of several components, including the provision of airport information, compatibility policies and criteria, compatibility zone maps, procedural policies and land use information. The basic function of the Compatibility Plan is to promote compatibility between Fallbrook Community Airpark and the land uses that surround the Airpark and, as such, the Compatibility Plan includes specified limitations and conditions on the future development of new residential, commercial and other noise and risk sensitive uses surrounding the Airpark.
