Widen an existing 15" by 15" access opening through an 18" thick concrete perimeter wall under the Neptune Pool to 24" by 30" at San Simeon Hearst Castle. The increased size will facilitate egress beneath the pool to inspect and maintain the condition of the pool superstructure.
