Document Description
City of Stockton is proposing a utility crossing to connect the facilities on the east and west sides of the San Joaquin River at approximately River Mile 41. The utility crossing would be a one-lane bridge designed for light truck traffic associated with RWCF operations and maintenance. The purpose of the project to increase the efficiency of RWCF operations by providing a direct access route between the main tertiary plants.
