Document Description
The proposed La Paz Plaza project is a two-phase project; to renovate portions of the existing parking lot of the existing La Paz Plaza, and to construct a new two-story, 6,450 square foot building. In addition, a new parking lot containing 79 parking spaces will be constructed to accommodate the new office building. The proposed project also includes the conversion of approximately 20,000 square feet of existing general office space to medical office use. Each phase of the project will be able to proceed forward independent of the other phase.
