Document Description
Substantial Conformance No. 1 to Specific Plan No. 224 (Woodcrest Country Club Specific Plan, aka, Three Sisters Estates) proposes to move Planning Area 3 (PA 3), which contains the proposed Equestrian Enter, from the eastern half of the northern-most portion of the project site to the northeastern-most corner of the site. The area formerly part of PA 3 will become part of PA 1 and will require rezoning (from existing W-2 to R-A-1 prior to recordation of Tentative Tract Map No. 29622). The new PA 3 site will also require a change of zone (from R-A-1 to W-2) prior to map recordation.
