The 34.9 acre parcel is approximately 6 miles from the Northeastern corner of the Tule River Indian Reservation. The subject property is currently utilized as grazing lands for cattle. Although the 34.90 acres is contiguous to the Tribe's 39.90 acre proposed casino site, the Tule River Tribal Council currently has no planned changes or development contemplated for the property subject of this acquisition.
