Document Description
The Redevelopment Plan would establish redevelopment activities designed to improve conditions necessary for physical and economic revitalization. The proposed Redevelopment Plan has designated seven non-contiguous, predominantly urbanized, and physically and economically deteriorated "redevelopment sub-areas" within the unincorporated area of Humboldt County. The seven designated redevelopment sub-areas are: Orick, Willow Creek, Samoa/Fairhaven, Manila, Fields Landing, Alton, and Glendale.
