Document Description
The project consists of the construction of a buried gravity trunk sewer with an inverted siphon under the Napa River and demolition of the North Napa Pump Station and Edmonson Pump Station. The new trunk will lie primarily in City streets beginning at the site of the North Napa Pump Station on Yajome Street at Pearl Street and terminating at 8th Street and Burnell Street. The new trunk sewer will be constructed primarily within existing city streets with a portion of the pipeline constructed off-road. Approximately 2,840 feet of 48-inch diameter pipe will be installed within the City streets, approximately 400 feet will be installed off-road, and an additional 700 feet of pipe (inverted siphon) will be installed under the Napa River and a vacant parcel south of the river.
