CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0042-R6 (Revision 2), pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Riverside County Transportation Commission. The project includes the grading, excavation, recontouring, and re-vegetation of sections of the San Jacinto River low-flow channel and adjacent 10-year floodplain to meet mitigation objectives set forth by Riverside County Transportation Commission in relation to the Mid County Parkway project.
