The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0195-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Riverside County Transportation Commission. The project includes the construction of an approximately 16-mile-long six-lane controlled-access freeway that includes freeway-to-freeway system interchanges, freeway to local arterial service interchanges; freeway improvements with the addition of auxiliary freeway lanes, and the construction of new bridges.
