Document Description
The Black Bench project includes the adoption of a Specific Plan (with zoning and development standards for the project site), City of Banning General Plan Circulation Element Amendments, and approval of a Tentative Tract Map. The proposed project would allow for development of a maximum of 1,500 residential units in 17 planning areas, a school and neighborhood park, a 59.7-acre linear nature park, several pocket parks, infrastructure, and preservation of 869-acres of open space, primarily located west and northeast of the proposed development areas.
