The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0191-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the County of Santa Cruz, Department of Public Works as represented by Matt Machado. The project will conduct routine maintenance activities which includes the removal of non-native vegetation, trimming of shrubs within riparian areas, selective removal of trees, and topping of trees.
