Document Description
The City of Stanton and the Stanton Redevelopment Agency desire to amend the Stanton Consolidated Redevelopment Project. The purpose of the amendment is to increase the limitation on the number of dollars to be allocated to the Agency from the Stanton Community Development Project Area and to eliminate the annual maximum amount of tax increment collected by the Agency. In addition, the amendment proposes to include significant capital improvement projects, which are not presently listed in the Redevelopment Plan for the Stanton Consolidated Redevelopment Project.
