Document Description
Site Development Permit 7-13-3482 is a request for a shared model home complex the Heights (17531) and Highlands (17532) single-family development. The complex consists of six single-family dwelling units located in eastern portion of Planning Area 1F (Tract 17531). Three model homes are proposed on either side of Bellflower Street. On the east side of the street, the proposal includes three single-family dwelling units representing the residential units available in Tract 17531, a temporary sales office trailer, 8 temporary off-street, parking stalls and fencing. On the west side of the street, the proposal includes three single-family dwelling units representing the residential units available in Tract 17532 a temporary sales office trailer, 13 temporary off-street parking stalls and fencing.
