Document Description
Demolition of office building and development of an approx. 160,700-SF high school, approx. 100,150 SF middle school. The HS would provide 60 classrooms and the MS would provide 39 classrooms. Both schools also include administrative offices, libraries, cafeterias, multipurpose rooms, and gymnasiums. Both schools would operate independently.
