Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a lake and streambed alteration agreement pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code (1600-2014-0188-R5) to the project applicant, Pardee Homes. The project proposes to impact the stream by grading and filling approximately 4,369 lf of streambed and installing a soft-bottomed culverted road crossing, in order to accommodate the construction of 277 detached single family residences, 147 single family detached units clustered on larger lots (referred to as green court units), approximately 5.3 acres (gross) of public parks, 0.8 acre (gross) of pocket parks, a pedestrian trail, public streets and private driveways, and other associated improvements on 112.1 acres. The project will mitigate the impacts to 0.27 acre unvegetated streambed and 0.08 acre riparian vegetation through the on site creation/establishment of approximately 0.77 acre of riparian scrub at the southeastern end of Quail Canyon adjacent to an existing wetland.
