The District proposes to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act to reconstruct and use Spillway No. 20 at the Bull Portal of the Mill Creek to Bull Creek Tunnel, a facility of the Districts Hydroelectric Project 184. The proposed project would include automated gates and a housing structure and would be reconstructed in the original Spillway 20 location at Bull Creek Portal.
