The Collier Way Bridge Replacement Project consists of replacing the existing structurally deficient bridge, which passes over Harbison Canyon Creek, with a new bridge that meets Federal road standards and allows for flood passage. Concrete rock slope protection will be installed to stabilize the adjacent roadways immediately around the crossing.
