The Reneson Hotel Group proposes to fill an existing pond adjacent to the Corte Madera Inn and Max's Restaurant for the construction of a 23-space parking area. While the pond has been part of the Corte Madera storm water management system, the Town's Flood Control Board determined it was no longer needed for storm water management in 1987 and again in 2004.
